Challenge: Sandoz, a division of Novartis, is the world’s second largest leader in OTC pharmaceuticals and needed to launch its latest product, Swim-Ear.

Solution: Development of a strategic launch for Swim-Ear was the focus of this project, with the goal of building a long-term program to increase sales of the product at Walmart and Walgreens.  Product rebranding was implemented in conjunction with a national SEO and pay per click (PPC) advertising campaign.

Result: Premiere developed and launched a product website and campaign in under 30 days, exceeding the expectation of senior executives for a shortened launch.  Sales jumped in the first month and throughout the remaining months by 23%.
