The Challenge: Premiere Creative was tasked with clearly delineating the multiple lines of business within a large, multi-location, catering and fine dining company. We were challenged with making a single brand presence uniform across all sites, with the goal of keeping visitors within the brand by directing them to suitable price points. The goal of the site build was to promote celebratory events (fine dining and catered), and to build on the success of their established wedding services.  We made the sight both aesthetic and highly searchable, which resulted in generating new sales leads, and driving potential customers to pre-determined sales goals (i.e., making a reservation at Open Table, filling out the contact us form, etc.).

The Solution: We created a uniform design across all the Knowles site, to promote the same branding and to showcase the differences that make each event location special.  This uniform design has allowed returning customers to discover new locations that the Knowles Group owns, and it has allowed future customers to easily determine the location that best matches their desired price point for services.  Premiere Creative approached each individual site within the brand according to event type to create new business streams in areas that had not previously seen high sales (i.e., bar/bat mitzvahs, Quinceañera, Sweet 16, etc.).  We also conceived developed, and maintained the site’s blog, to help drive traffic to the blog, and then onward throughout the Knowles sites. This has established them as an expert in Fine Dining and Event planning to the clientele in their geo-targeted location.

The Results: Knowles progressed from very low visibility on the web to having one of the best-read wedding tip blogs in the Northeast, with visitors totaling 5 digits per month. Online requests for booking weddings, bar mitzvahs, anniversaries, and other life celebrations grew from 2 to 3 per month to over 300, generating more than $1 million in additional business per year.
