Challenge: Center Court Club wanted to increase sales of their fitness programs, particularly their children’s afterschool program.

Solution: We created three videos for the club, one focusing on its facilities, one on its children’s fitness program, and one on its adults’ fitness program. We linked the videos to their Web site, and promoted the videos with an email campaign.

Result: Traffic to the site jumped, and potential customers got a better sense of all the programs the fitness center offered. The first afterschool program offered following the video/email campaign was oversold by 138 youngsters. The Center Court Club restructured the program to accommodate the extra business. The chiseled multimedia campaign and muscular ROI has really shaped up the club’s sales.
